We typically expect to return tile and grout to the original color that they were during installation. Some stains could always be permanent if floor was not sealed during installation or after prior cleaning but we tend to see drastic results.
We prepare the floor with proper treatment and scrubbing prior to application of the cleaning tool. The cleaning method is a high pressure flush that poses little risk of damaging the floor.
Clients can walk on the floors after cleaning if necessary with clean socks or slippers. It is best to walk only on the tile themselves and be careful of their steps to prevent slips or falls.
Only use low residue cleaners such as a 50/50 mixture of vinegar and water for upkeep on the floor. Many products people are use in their home leave sticky residues that will lead to rapid re-soiling of the floor. This depreciates the client's dollar over time as they have to spend more and more money on upkeep when it is not necessary.
