We offer a high vacuum rinse service for soiled padding (liquids, pet stains, etc). This allows us to rinse stains in padding beneath your carpet without disassembling any materials.

Deep Odor Control (D.O.C.)
For materials that are too far gone to save, (high volume pet urine stains in pad, tackstrips, baseboards, etc). We’ll completely remove and replace the damaged pad, thoroughly wash the concrete subfloor for contaminants, and then seal your floors before re-assembling everything.

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Carpet Cleaning Services
With steam cleaning methods, dry times are typically 4-6 hours. Some deeper cleans may take longer to dry completely due to repeated carpet rinses.
We come back at no charge within a 14 day period of cleaning to fix any problems clients have as a result of the work performed.
We move couches upon request and small things necessary to do a good job (dining chairs, small tables, etc.). We do not move beds, entertainment centers or other large furniture.
Since the cleaning method is a hot water rinse, there is little residue left behind to cause any issues for children or pets. We recommend staying off the carpet while drying if possible or wearing house slippers/socks.
Once annually is the manufacturer recommendation to clean most carpets. Clients with pets should consider cleaning every six months or so to maintain carpet.
Carpet's job is to trap dirt and soil and act as a filter in the home. You may not always have a visual indication that the carpet is doing its job and even if it "looks good" should have it cleaned once a year minimum. This allows the carpet to be freed of compacted soils so that it can begin to capture and trap new contaminants. Often, we get accustomed to thinking that the carpet looks good even when it really doesn't and are surprised by the results after cleaning, especially when there's a stark visual difference.
We have base rates as low as $49.99 that we offer for carpets that are well-maintained. Heavily soiled areas or bad spots can be additional pending the condition of the carpet, but we always consult the client with a full quote before beginning any service. We always try to keep a consumer mentality when creating quotes and try to be considerate of the value we are providing relative to the cost of replacement or doing it themselves.
Most jobs can be done in about an hour, give or take about 20 minutes depending on difficulty.
