I was in dire need of a couch cleaning! I have a large microfiber sectional that after 3 little boys and 4 years of not having it cleaned it was a stained mess! Dustin and Ross came within the appointment time frame, and they were a pleasure. After going over the price we spoke about what needed to be done and within 30 minutes they were done! After the couch began to dry, I noticed a few residual stains that were still on the couch.

I called the main number who dispatched a call to Ross who promptly called me back to discuss it. He guided me as to what I can try to do to help get rid of the stains but made an appointment to come back and take a look or spot clean the areas free of charge for the following day. I followed his instructions and wound up calling to cancel the second appointment, his guidance worked! 

My couch is almost 12 years old and looks amazing! Thank you, Ross and Dustin, for a great job and professionalism and knowledge. You both were great, and I will be sure to make an appointment each year going forward to keep up with my mess makers and to maintain the look of this couch! I was shocked it came as clean as it did! I will be sure to tell everyone of my experience and won’t use anyone else! Thanks again!!

We have been in our new home for about two years and the family that lived here before us had stained the carpet in the living room in a few spots, we tried cleaning the carpet ourselves and were not able to get the stains out. We were referred to Precision Carpet by a friend of my husbands who had recently used them to clean his carpet.

I have to say Craig B. showed up at the scheduled time and was very professional. He gave us a written quote first and after price was agreed upon was quick to work. He was even able to remove the pet stains from our 12 year old dog. The carpets look and smell great. We were very impressed with the quick and professional job Craig B. did.
